Maintenance Policy

DynaRoad Maintenance Policy consists of three parts: Technical support, Product Maintenance and Release of New Versions. All three services are included in our product subscription that became available in 2009. If you have not yet signed up for product subscription, contact either our sales or support for further information.

Product Maintenance

Between our standard releases of new software versions we constantly work on making our products more functional and easier to use. We may therefore release product updates and fixes on shorter time intervals. Information about available updates and download links will be sent automatically to all our subscription customers.

The latest version is DynaRoad 5.2.0, released October 3, 2011.

Release of New Versions

Release of new versions will be automatically shipped to our subscription customers. New versions may include both new and enhanced functionality. Please contact your personal account manager for information on project strategy and upcoming releases.

System Requirements

Minimum system requirements for DynaRoad products:

• Microsoft Windows
  • Version: XP SP3, Vista, 7
  • DynaRoad runs both in 32 and 64 bit operating system versions
• Microsoft Excel (not Starter version)
• Pentium 4 or compatible
• 512 MB RAM minimum
• 100 MB free space on hard drive
